New Item

Adding new inventory item records is easier if you collect your inventory information before you start entering it.

Enter the code for the inventory item you want to add. The item code can be up to 15 characters long.

Do not use these characters: " ' & [ ] " + [ " ] in inventory item codes.

When you enter a new item code, you see the following:

• List to see a list of all existing items and their codes.
  
• Add to add a new item using this item code.
  
• Reenter to change your entry.
