Revisions Tab

The Revisions Tab shows all revisions done to a Specification. Looking at the Specification number can easily identify the number of Revisions. The Specification number has a space next to it that shows the number of times a Specification has been revised. (For example, if you see Specification number 2066-2; you can tell that the Specification has been revised 2 times.) Everything in the Revision Tab is Read-Only. No changes are allowed in this tab.

Information shown is Revision Number, Revised By, Revision Date, Revision Time, and Status.

Click on the Revision Number to see what has been revised. If the Revision number is 0, that stands for the first time the order was booked and by whom. Anything with a Revision Number greater than 0 stands for a change to the Specification. That Revision change will show up on the bottom of the Revision screen.

Additional Information on this screen includes: Date, Customer Number, Item Number, Item Description, Style, Sub Style, Joint, Joint Location, Tab Location, Board, Test, Flute, Print, Length, Width, Depth, Scores, and Blank Size.
