Header Fields

Header Fields

You see the following fields in the header section of the Item Master Maintenance dialog box:

Click

Select to find another item.
Fwd to move forward to the next item in the file.
Back to see the previous item in the file.
Edit to change the currently displayed information.
Delete to delete the current item.
Inquiry to see information about transactions involving this item.

In the drop-down list box, choose:

Item at Location to assign this item to one or more locations.
Item Suppliers to enter a default vendor for this item.
Item Pricing to enter prices for this item.

Item: Enter the code for the inventory item you want to add. The item code can be up to 15 characters long.

Description: Enter a description of this inventory item. The description can be up to 60 characters long.
