If you have a customer who wants to pay for an order before it is invoiced, you can create a manual invoice and then click the PrePay box when the order is booked. This will allow for the order to be manufactured, shipped and invoiced so that you can still keep track of inventory. The invoice that will be created will be for a zero dollar amount since the customer was already billed off of a manual invoice.
